Enjoy the latest fan art features from Pop’s Instagram stories, including running from spiders in krazytalez‘s Early Poptropica Island comic — and if you haven’t seen the previous parts, catch them on the artist’s IG page.
Meanwhile on Twitter, Pop Creator Jon Pitcher continues to share throwbacks from his career with the game, from the early days with Spy Island to a showcase of famous Poptropicans, including a not-so-subtle relabeling for Shark Boy/Guy, which is a whole story in itself. 
All these nostalgic tweets coupled with Poptropica’s inactivity with the game and Creators’ Blog has some players wondering if the end is near for Pop. It’s only speculation, but it doesn’t help that Poptropica ignores the call-outs from fans across social media — even ours!
But while they may act as couch potatoes in that respect, they’re still busy pumping out memes and reacting to fan content on social media.
